If training with me in person isn’t convenient due to location, or if you simply prefer exercising independently, we can still work effectively together.

My remote coaching option provides structured support and accountability, including:

Initial video consultation to discuss your goals, training history and preferences

A personalised 12-week training programme delivered through my easy-to use workout app

Ongoing tracking where you complete sessions and add comments or progress notes

Regular feedback with check-ins after each workout and a scheduled weekly chat to review your progress

Programme adjustments as needed throughout the 12 weeks to keep you moving forward

Optional live workout sessions via video conference.
